Our Staff
We have staff that have been with us since we opened for business 3 years ago. Our staff turnover is well below the norm for this industry. This is because we treat them with respect, have a training program that is ongoing, and pay them above the prevailing rate because they only have to do the job once, as they do it correctly the first time.
We do not hesitate to supply them with the best available cleaning equipment and supplies. Our scrubbers are all purchased new, not used or reconditioned and are replaced once they reach a certain age. All equipment where applicable are under maintenance contracts almost eliminating breakdowns during the work cycle.
All chemicals used are biodegradable and are used according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Our chemical supplier visits our sites on a regular basis to advise on the best chemicals to use for any given situation. All the chemicals used are formulated in Australia to Australian standards. We do not use any imported chemicals.
Supervisors are assigned to A specific site, not to multiple locations. The owner Viviana, visits at least once per day to discuss any issues or concerns that you may have and will also offer recommendations to ensure that you as the customer, are receiving the optimum results from our services.
